With our years of experience in worldwide fishing expeditions, we’ve discovered that fish become more alert on big heavy lures after repeated fighting pressure. However, ordinary jigging rods usually can’t effectively transfer the action with light lures; and this tends to greatly reduce bites. In order to jig light lures, a different skill is required: you need to cast the lure out of the boat and then jig it back in order to attract more fish around your boat; for heavy lures, you just need to position the lure over deep water and then jig it up.

When light jigging, the rod tip must be ultra-soft with excellent sensitivity to enable gradual jigging and lifelike swimming action on the lure.
